BULLETIN & DEVOTIONS
Please pray for Gladys Hinders' family and friends. Gladys passed away on Friday. Her funeral arrangements were still pending when the bulletins were printed. Please pray for God's comforting blessings as her family mourns.
Please pray for those in our military as they serve our country at home and abroad. Especially pray for Dave Ritsema. His wife Catrina works at Allison Little Lambs.
We would like to express our many thanks for the kindness shown by so many of you on our return from Papua New Guinea. The potluck lunch, shower gifts given and to those that cleaned our house before our return, we are truly humbled by your generosity.
Thanks again, Gary & Denise Abbas
I would like to thank you for your thoughts and prayers during my recent back procedure. Praise God, I am pain free! Our God is so good! Denise Junker
We would like to thank everyone for your calls, cards, flowers, memorials, words of kindness and your prayers during this sad time in the loss of our brother Darrell. We very much appreciate our church family and every kindness that was given to us.
David & Kelly Thorne
The Cadets will be having their annual cadet derby today at 2:00. Come out and see the racing, encourage the boys, and enjoy some food and fellowship too.
The annual Spring Salad Supper will be held at Trinity on Tuesday, April 24 from 5-7:00 p.m. This is an important fundraiser for the Women’s Group at Trinity. Your donation helps them provide support for missionaries. There are signup sheets on the bulletin board.
Next Sunday's service will be special because we will be hearing from Bernadeth Bobb-Kelly. Bernadeth is one of the missionaries we support financially. This is a great opportunity to hear about their ministry and encourage her personally while she's in the US.
Last Sunday the Gospel Night was canceled due to the weather. Unfortunately it becomes too difficult to reschedule all the various singers on short notice, so we'll need to look forward to the next gospel night later in the fall.
The deacons are accepting bids for mowing at the church and the parsonage. If you have questions, please contact one of the deacons. The deadline for bids is April 29, please place your bids in a sealed envelope in the church mailbox marked “lawn mowing bid”.
With the absence of a pastor in the coming months we will be having more visiting speakers. We would like to have a lay liturgist on those Sundays. Would you be able to help? Many of our current liturgists also praise sing and work at the sound board, which can make scheduling difficult. We would like to add some volunteers to our liturgist schedule. If you are interested or have questions, please contact Sue.
Would you be able to help Little Lambs by purchasing some supplies? There is a list on the bulletin board of items they would love to have.
Anyone graduating from high school, majoring in education and active at Trinity may apply for a scholarship given in honor of Hinderene Van Raden. Please see Rosemary for an application.
Bethel Reformed will be holding a grilled supper & pie auction on Wednesday, April 25 from 5-7:00 p.m. There is more information on the bulletin board.
